Backups to our Canadian storage, monitoring, a staging copy. First week, no extra charge.

If an update breaks something on the copy, your live site never sees it. We fix it or hold it and tell you.

Changes, when you need them
Email us the change. On the $249 plan two hours a month are included; the rest at the plan rate, with a yes from you first.

A person replies, not a queue. Work happens on a copy first. You see it before it goes live. Everything we change is written down and handed to you.
Where your data lives
In Canada when you want it there. Hosting, backups and your details on this form all stay on Canadian soil. Nothing you send us trains an outside model.

Does this include hosting?
No, your hosting stays where it is. If you want it in Canada or faster, see the hosting page; care plan members get the move at half price.
What counts as a small change?
Text and image edits, a new page from an existing layout, a form change, a plugin setting, a fix for something that stopped working. New designs and new features are quoted separately.
What if the site goes down at 2 am?
Monitoring tells us within minutes. A person looks at it the same morning. For sites that take orders overnight, ask about the response time add-on.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel by email and we hand over the backups and the notes.
