Privacy notice

How we handle your information.

Last updated 8 November 2026.

Who we are

Your Fuse Inc. ("YourFuse", "we", "us") is a Toronto software company and a division of Canadian Intelligence Agency Inc., a private Ontario company. For any privacy question, email [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us, plus the usage data described below.

  • Forms: your name, email, company, phone, website address if you give one, your answers to the short questions on the form, and anything you write in the free-text box.
  • Payments: when you buy a seat or a membership, the payment is taken by Stripe. We receive your name, email and what you bought. We never see your card number.
  • Sign-in: if you have an account, we process your email for authentication.
  • Usage: our pages use Google Analytics and, on some pages, Google Ads measurement. These set cookies and record pages viewed, the device and browser, an approximate location, and whether a form was sent. We do not record what you type into a form through these tools.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request and do the work you ask for.
  • To send you what you signed up for: the workshop date and price, the tool of the week, the sessions. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
  • To call or text you, only when you ticked the box that says we may.
  • To understand which pages and ads bring people who become customers.
  • To meet our legal and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train public AI models.

Consent

By sending a form, buying a seat or emailing us, you consent to our use of the information for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights). If we want to use your information for a new purpose, we ask first.

Where your data is stored

Form data is stored in our leads system and in Google Cloud Firestore, both in Canadian regions (Toronto and Montreal), so it stays on Canadian soil. Email is sent through Amazon Web Services from a Canadian region. Google and Amazon act as our service providers and may process limited technical data under their own terms; we configure our storage to remain in Canada.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations: Google (hosting, database, authentication, analytics and advertising measurement), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and Canadian Intelligence Agency Inc., our parent company, when you ask about a system it builds.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and the security of our systems.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information.
  • Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you are not satisfied with our response.

Email [email protected] and we reply within thirty days.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies measure visits and conversions. You can block them in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; the site works without them. Our sign-in uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in.
