Systems integration
The tools you already pay for, finally talking to each other.
Enter it once. The order creates the invoice, the booking updates the calendar and the CRM, the payment closes the loop in the books. We build the connections and keep them running.
The price
In writing, before any work starts.
Questions within one business day. The written approach and the fixed price within three business days of the call.
What you get
- Every connection mapped and documented, so you know where data flows
- Entered once, everywhere it needs to be, within seconds
- Errors caught and reported to a person, not silently dropped
- Built on the tools’ official connections, not fragile screen-scraping
- Monitoring and a care plan if you want them kept running
Sound familiar?
Zapier got you halfway, then something failed quietly for three weeks. The booking tool and the CRM each think they are the truth. Someone spends Friday afternoons copying numbers between tabs.
The tools are fine. The gaps between them are where the hours and the mistakes go.
How it goes.
1
We draw the map
Every tool, every manual hand-off, every double entry. One page. You see the gaps.
2
We quote the connections in order of payoff
The one that saves the most hours or stops the worst mistake goes first. Fixed price each.
3
We build with the proper connections
The tools’ own APIs, with retries, logs and a person alerted when something fails.
4
We watch it
Integrations break when a tool changes. On a care plan we catch and fix that before you notice.
Who does the work
Your Fuse Inc. has built software in Toronto since 2016: portals, internal systems, AI operations and the websites in front of them. Thirty years of software behind every fix.
How we work
A person replies, not a queue. Work happens on a copy first. You see it before it goes live. Everything we change is written down and handed to you.
Where your data lives
In Canada when you want it there. Hosting, backups and your details on this form all stay on Canadian soil. Nothing you send us trains an outside model.
Questions.
Why not just use Zapier or Make?
Sometimes you should, and we will say so. They fail quietly, cost more as volume grows, and cannot handle the odd cases. We use them where they fit and code where they do not.
Which tools can you connect?
Anything with an API, which today is nearly everything: QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Shopify, Jobber, Jane, Calendly, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and hundreds more.
What does one connection cost?
A typical two-system connection with error handling lands between $2,500 and $8,000. The map tells you which ones pay back first.
Draw my map.
Three questions, then your details. A person reads it and replies within one business day, usually the same day. No pitch, no pressure.
